"Wild Woche... don't miss it! I had a fish that was to die for! And the dish's presentation was pretty clever too: when it was first served, I got disappointed because I could only see the fish and the mashed potatoes (I'm a guy that enjoys a dish with plenty of sauce when I go out), but then, when I had my first bite, I noticed something funny... it was bittersweet, tingly - and delicious - the sauce was hiding under the fish fillets the entire time! And do yourself a favor and get the Topfenknödel for dessert. It's the place's specialty for a reason, you know ;)"
